1979 Mercedes Benz 280CE , Original Silver coupe with Blue MB Tex. Interior. Interior is in very good original condition. Carpets original. Headliner original. Only issue with interior is drivers seat bolster and slight cracking on seat. Rear seat upper backing needs to be restitched. Car was painted once in the original silver color, not very good prep. though paint is coming off in areas. Door jambs, engine bay and trunk original color. The car comes with the original books and manuals from new. Bought new in Chicago than traveled to Florida with owner. I bought from niece of owner in Florida. Original Becker Mexico, works, but no reception now because it needs a new antenna. AC not working. Compressor turning , believe to need a charge. Windows all work but slow. I"ve been told if switches are cleaned that would do the trick. Sunroof barely works also. New brakes including booster. New Suspension bushings and front and rear shocks. New coil, plugs wires and spark plugs. Oil recently changed and new fuel filter and fuel pump. New Front windshield with new window gasket.
