Vehicle description

1979 Jeep Honcho J10 4x4 Original Paint Survivor! Rare Levi Interior 360 AT PS PB Wide Track You are bidding on an amazing original survivor 1979 Jeep J10 4x4 with the rare and desirable Honcho option, as well as the Levi interior option! You won’t find many like this, still wearing original factory paint and Honcho stripes and call-outs. This rig is a daily driver with the original 360 cubic inch engine, automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes. The steel wagon wheels are original, the wheel covers original, the optional Levi upholstery package original, as are the door panels, carpet, headliner, uncracked dash pad, unmodified dash, headliner, etc. The engine was just tuned, axles, transfer case, and engine oil serviced, brake system tested and filled. The Quadra-Track four-wheel drive system operates as it should, including the High/Low selector. She’s a sound runner and driver. Keep in mind these rigs are primitive by modern standards; you will be driving a great-looking, head-turning, rare and cool Classic vehicle. It won’t drive like your new Rubicon, and she’ll probably leave a drop of oil here and there. Sound rig, not new, not restored. The paint has just been buffed, and is still in nice, shiny condition, as you can see. New front windshield and gasket. Chrome front Wide Track bumper is beautiful, rear cab trim very nice (and hard to find!). The only rust of mention is on the bed sides, behind the wheel wells, where the floor transitions into the sides. I’ve taken detailed pictures of both sides for you to see. Odometer shows 44k miles; a reasonable assumption is that it is actually 144k. I cannot know for sure, but the carpet is original, pedal pads, upholstery, etc. . possibility it could be 44k. Safer bet is 144k. This is a very rare opportunity to own a rare original paint Jeep J10 Honcho survivor; definitely one of the coolest 4x4"s ever built. She’s a head-turner for sure!
