To view this vehicle, please call us and make an appointment. This 1979 Chevrolet C20 Camper Special is ready to cruise or pull your trailer or boat. The orange paint is broken up with a cowl hood with black rally stripes. With tow mirrors and a 454 CID V8 under the hood, this “Heavy Chevy†is ready to work. The inside of the bed . . has been covered in Line-X to protect it for normal use. The interior is all new including upholstery, carpet, headliner, door panels, painted areas and weather stripping. The 454 big block V8 is rebuilt with new crank, pistons, cam, rebuilt heads, Edelbrock intake, 800 CFM Demon carburetor, new headers and a sure spark from a 50K volt HEI distributor. The transmission was checked out and resealed as well. 3.73 gears out back are great for pulling and normal driving. To make sure the ride quality is as nice as the rest of the truck, the springs, bushings and shocks were also replaced. All fluids were changed and the brakes were completely redone. As you can see, the truck has been completely gone through mechanically and with new paint and interior, it’s also easy on the eyes! Options include: A/C, AM/FM/CD player, power steering, power brakes, seat belts, vinyl interior, power windows and power locks. The A/C components are all in place, but the system needs to be completed and charged. This truck has a lot of power, a great sound and a killer look!
