1983 VW Type 2 Mexico Production Air Cooled Panel Bus. Incudes original factory Spanish language owner’s manual, with maintenance book, map of Mexico and other booklets in a plastic folder. Bus has solid underbody and solid frame and has spent most of its time in California. Original paint. Some rust / rot on roof and roof channels and around front window. This would make a neat van painted up for a business. Runs and drives well. Just gone through by my mechanic. There is a hole / leak in the gas filler pipe. This is an issue when putting gas in bus. We use a funnel but it would be best for the new owner to replace the tank at some point. Some of the smog equipment has been removed from this so it will not be possible to get it this vehicle California smogged. As a result, I will not sell this bus for use / registration in California.
