THIS IS A 1983 EUROPEAN 930-EBAY HAS SOFTWARE ISSUES IN POST 1980 EUROPEAN VEHICHLE IDENTIFICATION NOT BEING RECOGNIZED SO EBAY ADVISED THIS AS A WORKAROUND SOLUTION
1983 Porsche 911/930 factory 3.3 Liter European Coupe, White exterior on Black interior, this is a grey market car with all the original US DOT stickers, the car has a Washington state clean title and came into the US via Canada, car was purchased from the previous owner in California. I was planning on keeping the car and have been selling off all my air cooled porsches thus put this car on the back burner, finally started to go through the car last year, in thinning out the heard the family has decided to keep a 993 twin turbo instead so the car is up for sale.
The car is in very good condition, in originally planning on keeping the car, had my grey bearded Porsche factory mechanic go through the entire engine, new pistons,cylinders, updated chain tensioners, ….have all the receipts and mechanic available for any questions, previous owner had turbo and transmission rebuilt. the car runs and drives excellent comes on boost like a fresh 930. .
The body very clean and straight, doors have that Porsche "ping" when you close them, pan and undercarriage clean, paint is in good condition for its age, interior very clean with dash just being recovered, new headliner, factory fuch wheels that have deep dish lips, they were just shot black as some pictures have them white before I shot them to see the difference, black is my preference, has factory Porsche turbo stickers that are available from Porsche.
I have the car priced to sell, keep in mind if the car was concourse asking price would be well above what I have listed, the car is in very good condition and only selling because reality of old age setting in, health, a few more porsches to finish and wanting to spend more time with the family. I can drop off at the local shipper, thank you, bid with confidence as clean 930s are rare and true classics.
