Vehicle Details Ladies and gentlemen thank you for looking at this beautiful classic Mercedes 240d with only 172k miles. These cars are known for running near one million miles. They are bullet proof 4 cylinder Diesel engines. The car is as original as it can be. Equipped with the desirable 4 speed manual transmission makes the car rare. The body is straight and rust free being an Arizona car all its life. With only two owners the car who reported no accidents and been babied through out the years. The car has been repainted at some point with its original maple yellow factory color. The paint looks sharp as you can see with very minimal imperfections. No dings or dents that are noticeable on the body as you can see in the pictures. The interior is in very good condition with minimal wear and tear. There is a dashcap been installed to cover the cracks and the dashboard looks beautiful. The original Becker am/fm works great. Mechanically the car is in excellent condition. Drives smooth and engine is strong. Clutch has been recently replaced and feels tight. The suspension has also been replaced and the car feels smooth. Also the air conditioner been recently serviced replaced radiator, condenser and fan and it blows ice cold. The car realistically I wouldn’t hesitate to drive it across country. It’s reliable and I’ve been using it as my personal daily driver for the last month since I bought it. I’m a car collector and enthusiast and I buy and sell collector cars as a hobby on the side. I wouldn’t sell a car that I would not own myself. You will receive a clean and clear title. This Mercedes is a fine example of what’s left of a clean low miles 240d.
