1978 Ford F-150 Ranger Lariat, automatic, 2 wheel drive, cream and brown, 8 foot bed It is powered by a 351 M engine. This truck runs very good. It has a C6 automatic transmission. Truck also has power steering and brakes.
Radio works. Heat Does not work due to heater core supply pipe broke. The truck is equipped with A/C, however, it does not work due to electrical issue from switch to compressor and I believe it to need a recharge. The compressor is not locked up.
The truck"s interior is in decent shape. Truck has factory cruise control installed. Lockable hood release (cable broke). Original headliner. It has new carpet and original door panels. The dash has three cracks. Original seats torn. All the glass in the truck is in good to excellent condition and rolls up and down.
This truck has had several new parts added to it already. These include a new thermostat, distributor, fuel pump, cap, plugs, plug wires, air filter, headers, carpet, interior led bulb and cover, distributor, headers and 2 new tires.
Body and paint is interesting condition. Entire truck has surface rust. Cab, doors and fenders in good shape. Floorboard NOT rusted through. Front bottom edge of hood is rusted through. Have a spare hood that will go with this truck that is in better shape. Passenger side bed has hole rusted through behind wheel. Inside of bed has multiple hole rusted through. Truck has factory spare tire holder under the bed.
