I’m trying to sell my 1978 Ford F-150. I’ve had it about 3 yrs now. I’ve done a lot to this truck but the kid I bought it from didn’t tell me it had motor problems. I’m tired of putting more time and money into it. Plus I found something else I want. I took the original motor out (351m) and put another one in it and now am having transmission trouble. Original motor will come with it if buyer wants it. If not I’ll keep it. Truck does run and move but won’t shift into high gear. It’s actually a fairly solid and straight truck. Has one dent/wrinkle on passenger side fender. Has a few rust spots but not many. Some along top of the doors (see pictures) and the bed floor is the worst. It’s sittin on a set of 20s. Don’t look to bad. Has a set of air shocks on the back and somewhat new shocks on the front. The hood scoop IS FUNCTIONAL. Have a lot of extra parts to go with it. Has a 351m with a c6 trans. True dual exhaust. Sounds good. All the glass is good. The interior is in great shape. I had to redo all that. Has heat. No a/c. Aftermarket seats from a 2000 f150 and the seatbelts. Seatbelts aren’t finished tho. Need one more newer one. I redid the whole dash except for dash pad. Newer carpet. Newer door panels. Redid the headliner (see pics). Brakes work fine. Has a new brake booster. Put it on last year. All lights work except reverse lights. Has tow package. Clean title in hand. Has all kinds of potential and the right person with a little more knowledge than me can be driving it everyday in no time. TOOLBOX, CD PLAYER AND AIR HORNS NOT INCLUDED! ! Also listed on local Facebook marketplace.
