About this vehicle This 1978 Ford Bronco is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle needs work and is mainly used for weekend drives. Seller"s Notes Soft top included Vehicle Details 1979 Ford Bronco XLT Ranger. This truck was a Colorado state park truck so original factory color was Lime green. I painted it purple some years ago because the previous owner spray painted it. This is my project truck that I will probably never finish and I would like to let someone else finish breathing life into this bad boy. I swapped out the 351 M for a 460 Big block this engine is brand new and has not even been ran yet. It was put together by a professional it has been bored .10 over and has an Edelbrock top end, all aluminum for weight reduction and POWER, also the engine was installed correctly, no homemade parts. There are tons of parts in the truck that still need to be installed, new radiator, freshly rebuilt eldelbrock 800, new set of headers made specifically for the 460 swap in broncos, etc. It would need very little work to get this truck moving again. I still have the original motor that will come with the truck, it ran good when pulled but had a rear seal leak. Still has the original transmission and transfer case all are in working order and shift well. There are four brand new 37 inch tires on the truck that have zero miles on them as well, truck has a three inch body lift on it and a 4 inch body lift that needs to be installed, has everything you need to include new leaf springs. The body and frame are in good condition for their age. body is in great condition. I still have the original front bumper as well.
