Vehicle Details Here is a 1978 Chevrolet Cheyenne C-20 - A true survivor! I had years and years of passing thoughts of doing a complete nuts and bolt rotisserie restoration but I have not done so since I have owned it (since 2010) so I’m passing the opportunity to the next individual. This is a top - Of - The - Line C20 Camper Special! It has that good old grunt from its 454 big block that is mated with the Turbo 400 transmission. It has the factory larger brakes and heavier springs. She is equipped with dual tanks as well. It could be an everyday driver as well. It is well equipped with air, tilt, cruise, and more. The truck has not been neglected through the years. It spent most of its life in Sunny California! It’s been garaged in Racine since I’ve owned it and I try to start it once a month. It really deserves a restoration. As you can see, the interior needs seat covers and a dash pad. There is no rust on this truck. The passenger door has a crease from rubbing the garage door frame. It may pop out without any paint repair. There are no cracks in any of the glass. The truck doesn’t smoke or tick. I recommend that all the fluids should be changed. Tires are old but hold air perfectly. This truck is complete including all air conditioning equipment but the air needs to be serviced. This truck has Wisconsin “Collectors” license plates.
