“1978 Z28. Rare paint code 34, yellow-orange, with only 2311 made in 1978. 87,300 original miles. 25K miles on "non-matching" rebuilt 350 (1983), chrome valve covers and air cleaner cover, Holley intake and 4 barrel, factory 4 speed (with console). 3.73 gears with posi. 2nd owner since 1980. Was repainted factory color in 1982. Some rock chips as it was driven after repainting. NO RUST. Has been stored in shop with car cover since 2003. Needs front tires, probably the brakes gone through as brake light stays on, and puffs some white smoke....so needs head gasket. Excellent body and interior. Not perfect, but a great classic for the right person. Cragar wheels. Pioneer stereo with equalizer. Rear window defrost (fan style). Sheepskin seat covers up front. Space saver spare tire. Tinted side windows. Rear window louvers. Intermittent wipers. Buyer is responsible for towing/trailering of vehicle once purchase is complete. Also have factory 5 spoke yellow-orange wheels.” |
