Seller"s Notes Odometer shows 12k miles but after the restore and rebuild truck has less than 4k miles on it Vehicle Details 1977 Ford F250 "highboy" 4x4 5 speed First we can start with the engine is a 460 bbf 03 over New crank, flat top pistons, resized rods, balanced. Heads are mid 80s new valves, cam is slightly over stock. (RV cam) Edelbrock performer intake w/edelbrock 800 Av2 . HEI distributor. New water, oil pump. Transmission is a zf5 5 speed manual new clutch and flywheel with mini torque starter. Shifts great! Body and Frame : body was pulled off frame winter of 2019 and ceramic painted and rear cross member added for rear tank (1977 only had the in cab tank) . Truck was painted metallic black cherry. This is not your average ohio bondo bucket has it's bumps and bruises . Not a show truck but still looks great! 3 inch body lift Braking : Upgraded battle born super duty master cylinder and booster with all stainless steel lines and new hoses , new pads, calipers and rotors this truck will stop on a dime compared to the trucks you are use to from the 70s! Steering: brand new blue top 78 power steering gear box conversion with borgeson steering shaft. Drag link, tie rods and ball joints are new as well What still needs done - side trim polished and reinstalled. And sunvisors ! Just don't have the time for it anymore as we are a family of four and are switching goals in life ! Have a book full of receipts for parts. Hoping someone can enjoy this truck like I have !
