Here for your consideration is a very rare 1977 AMX Hornet by American Motors. This car was only produced in 1977 and only in select colors. It is powered by a 258 CI I6 engine that runs beautifully. If you are looking for a classic car that turns heads everywhere it goes without breaking the bank account, I suggest you look close at this AMX. It has participated in several Hot Rod Power Tour driving events and has been awarded long haul merits in those. That means it completed the entire tour, start to finish in those years. That is also proof of the dependability of this car to take you anywhere and get you back. I have enjoyed driving this car for several years now with no issues. It drives very well. This is not a show car, but rather a great looking, attention grabbing classic car that you can be proud to seen in at the cruise ins this summer. There are no rust issues to deal with. Some of the window run channels have become loose and the driver side door glass rattles. Interior is nice, but shows wear. Firestone tires have great tread left but have a few years of age on them.
