My Alfetta is a non-runner and has been off the road since 1983. It appears to have been stored indoors ever since. I purchased it from the original owner but never started the restoration. A limited Mario Andretti addition (number 144 of 150 as indicated by the dash plaque) with original paint and Konis supplied as standard. No sunroof. No A/C. A current Texas title in my name, I also have a copy of the original California title, and the original owners manual and sales sheet. There is rust showing in both inner front fender wells visible from the engine compartment and a small amount on the rear hatch (see photos). There is no rust in the A-pillars, in the floors or sills, spare tire well or around the windshield. Odo is approximately 100,000 miles. The engine turns over freely by hand but I have not tried to start it. Dash is uncracked, front seats needs recovering. Rear seat is very good with no cracking or sun damage. No major body damage but plenty of light to moderate body damage; the kind inflicted when a vehicle is stored in confined spaces for long periods of time. The worst of the damage is the passenger door which opens but requires a firm shove to close. The car needs lots of attention having been off the road for over 30 years but is about as original an Alfetta Coupe as you"re apt to find.
Be mindful that the Alfa will need to be towed and can not be driven onto a trailer. Any shipping company will want to know this and likely charge more to transport.
