Vehicle description
This is a very clean and original 1977 911S targa in very desirable #304 Minerva Blue metallic with only 70k original miles. This is a very desirable factory chrome model, meaning- all window trim and moldings are chrome, Targa bar is brushed stainless steel, headlight rings are chrome, rocker moldings and wheel arch trim are chrome, and the last part of the chrome package are the early style Fuchs wheels. This optional look was quite rare and still had an "early 911" look to it. The paint is stunningly beautiful with hardly any major flaws. The biggest flaw is some micro bubbles on the left rear quarter panel and door. The panel fit and gaps are factory perfect. Never any accidents. The interior is clean and tidy. The seats and dash were professionally recovered in leather. The front trunk is very clean and near factory new. Some of the front trunk carpet is still glued to the side, still from the factory! Never see that anymore. No rust on the car. Very solid and dry car. Always garaged. Mechanically the car is fully sorted out. The car received a major service 3 years ago for $7k. The car fires up immediately from cold. No smoke, doesn"t leave oil drips on the ground. All 4 brake calipers were rebuilt a couple years ago. Brand new and correct Pirelli P6000 tires were just installed. It truly drives lovely. Great power up to red line. Shifts great. Brakes strong. It is complete with all books, records, original service book with dealer stamps, Porsche Lackstift #304 Minerva blue (touch up paint stick), toolkit, spare, and jack. I have a free and clear title. I can help with shipping to Europe. Please feel free to ask any questions you have! Original, unmolested and well-maintained midyears are very hard to come by. Truly an exceptionally beautiful car and it"s the best value classic aircooled Porsche.
