About this vehicle This 1976 Triumph Spitfire 1500 is an original. The owner has had it for 5+ years. The vehicle is drivable. Seller"s Notes Contact me with any questions. Vehicle Details I'm the third owner from new. It was parked in a garage for several years prior to my ownership. The car drives and the engine runs well (see video). It has a new convertible top. The car has been in Florida since purchased by the original owner, so very little rust. This is a great car if you want to fix up a Spitfire with no rust issues. Known issues: we've installed two new front brake calipers and discs, but the master cylinder needs replacing. The emergency brake needs a new cable. The speedometer needs a new cable. The reverse lights are on whenever the ignition is turned on. If a potential buyer is interested, we also have a SU HS2 dual carburetor setup from a 1972 MG Midget. The carbs would need to be rebuilt and put on a correct manifold for a great performance upgrade. Any questions, just ask. Exterior Interior Engine Download the Motors app
