About this vehicle This 1976 Jeep CJ 5 is an original with updates to the exterior, interior and drivetrain. The owner has had it for 4 years. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives. This has been a fair weather jeep for me. Its spent the last 4 years in the garage. Vehicle Details Up for sale us a 1976 Jeep Cj5. Ive had this jeep for a little over 4 years now and have spent that time reserecting it from the dead. Everything on it is new at this point. Including the paint and the full fiberglass body and 1 piece front clip. The current powertrain is an AMC 360 w/ edelbrock performer intake and an Holley truck avenger 670, HEI distributor and power steering. The exhaust has fenderwell headers by Doug's Headers and stainless works mufflers. This package works well and sounds rowdy. The transmission is a 4 speed t-18. Axles are a dana 30 in the front and an amc 20 in the rear. Both are loaded with 4:10 gears, detroit lockers and disc brakes on all 4 corners. The wheels are 35x12.5x15 generals on steel simulated beadlocks. The interior is all new this spring, including carpet and front and back suspension seats by Master Craft. LED headlight are from poison spider along with the rock slides. The list goes on and on. Message me with any questions. Its a clean jeep that turns heads everytime it leaves the garage.
