For sale is my 1976 Cadillac Eldorado convertible. One of 1,000 built in 1976 with fuel injection so it’s rather rare. 61,000 original miles. It was originally sold new at val preda Cadillac here in Vermont. Our family are the third owners. Runs and drives quite well, has been in storage off and on since 2008 when my father passed away as it was his car, lots of work done to it over the years, and most recently it has had: 4 new tires, new fuel pumps, all four ball joints, front brakes and rears. Brake hoses, Exhaust, new radiator, new battery, Replaced timing chain and gears with upgraded ones, these cars originally had fiber timing chain gears which went bad and could cause engine damage, so that’s something you don’t have to worry about with this one. New bumper fillers all the way around. Top is new but could use some finishing up on the header bow. Also needs a convertible top motor, top can be raised and lowered manually but it’s heavy to do so. Picture included of list of work and original window sticker. Very original and solid car, does have some patina here and there and a few spots of rust the worst being the left front lower rear fender area. Could really use a good detailing I just don’t have the time. Needs some cosmetics like interior carpet isn’t perfect. Also the heater core has been bypassed as it leaks. Mechanically it’s pretty good just needs cosmetics to take it back to a show car. Sold as-is. Please ask questions before bidding. Sold with registration certificate and bill of sale as Vermont doesn’t title cars over 15 years old. Vermont registration certificate acts as title and transfer of ownership in other states.
