Vehicle description
Selling my project Mercedes Benz Unimog 406 powered by Mercedes OM352 diesel engine. Was imported by Case as an MB 4/94 which is really a Mercedes Benz Unimog 406 as indicated on the vehicle VIN plate. Is registered with clean title in Wisconsin. Starts, runs and drives but not road worthy due to brakes not working right now. Needs brake overhaul. You will need to bring a trailer. I consider this a project vehicle only for someone with mechanical skills to fix up and restore. Rusty cab some small holes in floorboard. Yes the cab is very rusty, please see the pictures. Comes with new old stock replacement cab with surface oxidation and two dents in roof that should be an easy fix. Brand new old stock military spec tires on freshly powdercoated rims. Comes with operators manual, service manual and parts manual. Comes with large uninstalled Schmidt snowplow. Cash on pickup or certified funds only before pickup. Refundable deposit on purchase. Will not release vehicle unless I have balance of cash or the certified funds have cleared (we could meet at local bank if check issued from same branch). Thanks. On Oct-16-20 at 07:02:33 PDT, seller added the following information: Here is a requested video from 10/15/20 of me driving the the back yard. This mog smokes the same as my 416 mog. A fair amount at cold startup, not so much when warm.
https:/ www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DmFnKUlgZ8&feature=youtu.be The plow is very heavy and measures 11"2" wide, 40" tall and 60" deep with the mount. it is currently on a pallet. I could mount on the truck but unsure if over 8.5 feet wide when angled for transport. Call 715-214-532 one if any questions. I have decided I need to move this mog, before starting my DOKA mog project.
