This 1975 Jensen Interceptor Convertible was a California car acquired approximately three years ago by me. Powered by a 440ci Chrysler V8 paired to a Torqueflite automatic. This example is said to be largely unmodified, though it wears an older repaint along with its original Everflex top, and factory glass.
The car wears an older repaint in its factory white and retains its original GKN alloy wheels with Pirelli tires.
The original black Everflex top is taut and free of rips and seam separation. The cabin retain its original wood and gauges. Driving instrumentation is all working, as are the HVAC blower and the heater. The A/C compressor engages as it should. The two front seats show fairly uniform wear, while the rear seats appear to have been used far less. 71k miles are shown on the odometer, which is believed accurate. Power comes from a 440ci Chrysler-sourced V8 backed by a Torqueflite automatic transmission. No mechanical issues are noted.
