1975 Ford F100 Ranger XLT. This truck has the short bed with a very healthy 390ci engine rebuilt about 9000 miles ago by Hi-tech motors out of Spokane, WA. Does not burn a drop of oil and with 18hg of vacuum at idle. The engine is backed by a 4 speed (1st gear granny) manual transmission that shifts flawlessly with 4wd sending power through 2 custom length driveshafts to the Ford 9 inch (3.55 gears) in the back, and Dana 44 in the front. It does have a disc brake conversion in the front with a new proportioning valve with new stainless steel brake lines to accommodate the Rough Country 4 inch lift. Zero vibration or handling issues and the brakes provide very confident stopping power. Tires are newer BFG All Terrain 32x11.50x15. It does feature power steering with a quick ratio steering box from Wild Horses out of Lodi, CA. As well as new power steering pump and hoses. It steers like a new truck with all new front end components including new ball joints, tie rods, bushings, etc. Engine has a new Edelbrock AVS2 650 carburetor with a new fuel tank + rubber lines and new fuel pump. All ignition components have been replaced including ignition control module, distributor pickup coil, plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. The charging system has been brought to 2020 standards with a 130 amp 3G (internally regulated) alternator, new cables, and new Duracell AGM battery all within the last year. The cooling system includes a new LMC truck radiator, electric fan, and overflow tank. It has always ran at 190 - 200 degrees. Interior has new black carpet kit, new steering wheel, new Bluetooth stereo, Hurst shift handle, new auxiliary gauges, and new Kenwood door speakers along with dynamat in the doors. The engine does have a minor oil leak I haven"t had the time to get to, but the valve cover gaskets and oil pan gasket are new. My plan was to complete the body work on the truck and repaint it midnight blue but never got to it. It does have a small rust spot in the driver door as shown, but all other panels are good with no rust in the common wheel well areas. The truck has been very well taken care over the years and is a great foundation to a full restoration or daily driver. This F100 has been a blast to own as it gets compliments from men, women, dogs, and kids. It runs and drives amazing and is truly a turn key truck that will make you smile every day. The tool box is included and will come with many spare parts, a brand new gas tank in the box, and a plethora of receipts and documentation for all the work done. Price is 9,900 OBO.
