To see on video of the Bronco on Youtube: https:/ youtu.be/BIdQhGRuv_0 This is our 1975 Ford Bronco. We acquired this Bronco from a long-time second owner’s family. It had been well cared for, garaged, and maintained. It comes with a little notebook logbook detailing much of the maintenance and upkeep. The notebook stars 9 Aug, 1982 and details almost every oil change, tune up, and maintenance completed. An example is: 20 Aug 1986 “ Replaced rear U joint, rear shaft was not bad but when I dropped shaft to lube joint, noticed a few rough places on the two u-joint ends. Napa fitting” It has had in the not too distant past: · Rebuilt carb · Rebuilt Master Cylinder · New Muffler and pipes · New Water pump · Rebuilt suspension bushings · Rebuilt radiator · New gas sending unit. · Brakes, hoses, belts, fuel line. · New tires, and various other maintenance items as needed. · New dash pad, door handles, front bumper, and fender flares. · Recent re-upholstery This Bronco is equipped with a 5 liter, 302 V-8 with a two barrel carburetor. It has a 3 speed standard transmission and hi-low transfer case. The 3 speed shifting was originally on the column and has been converted to a floor shifter (Duffy’s). Much of the hardware still exists for the column shifter. All the gauges work and it currently says 37425 miles on the odometer which has turned over. The engine has never been apart. It runs really well and shifts nice. There is very little rust anywhere on the body. It appears to be all surface rust where the paint has chipped or came off. The floor boards, quarter panels, rockers, doors, and roof are solid.
ISSUES: The paint is poor. The truck was too near a fire and the paint on the passenger side was scorched. Also the paint inside the cab on the passenger roof was scorched a bit. A grandkid of the last owner tried to “touch it up” with a rattle can. The Bronco had been repainted at some point and it was a cheap job. It appears like there is some filler in the front of the right fender, it is peeling and cracking. There is an important rust spot near the master cylinder on the right (see photo). It doesn’t appear to go all the way through. This is the only major rust we can find. There are minor spots as shown in the pictures. The rear fenders wear cut to follow the flares as long time ago. When cold, the EGR valve makes noise until the engine is fully warmed up. Once warm, it disappears. Shows wear and use as detailed in photos, it has never been restored. The truck has a clear New Mexico title. It is located at 87544 in Northern New Mexico $1000 deposit via PayPal immediately after auction end, and balance before pick-up. Shipping is responsibility of buyer. This is a super nice starting point for a restoration. We were going to restore it but due to circumstances are unable to. When have you seen such an unmolested low rust Bronco?
