Vehicle description
1974 International 200 Camper Special 4X4
This was a very straight rust free California truck that underwent a restoration/ updating several years ago in California. It now has a 350 Chevy crate engine, which is more powerful, lighter, and easier to service than the original 392, a Turbo 350 transmission, aluminum radiator, power brakes, power steering, fuel cell under bed, bedliner in cab and bed floors, reupholstered bench seat, nos rear bumper, sliding back glass, custom steering wheel and dash, all glass is good, heat works. Some things that need to be finished up: no key for door locks (right lock cylinder is gone), AC compressor is there, but no condensor or in cab controls, no stereo, low beams work fine, high beams do not, fuel gauge does not work, and the brakes are stiff. They stop the truck, but it takes a lot of pedal pressure. My neighbor owns an auto repair shop, he is going to look at it next week. The paint is nice, previous owner says it was $10,000 paint job including cab interior and bedliner. A very nice, solid truck, cruises highway speeds with no problem. Sounds great with headers and dual exhaust. Buyer responsible for shipping, I will assist if I can.
