This is a really nice old International pickup truck. I have owned it for 8 years and it mostly just sits in the shed. It is a 1974 Model 100 1/2 ton 4x4 with 345 V8 and 4 speed manual. It shows 35500 miles on a working speedometer and I believe it is actual miles! The engine starts right up and runs smooth, still has factory muffler and exhaust so it"s pretty quiet. Clutch is smooth, gearshift is really nice and tight! The 4x4 works fine. Tires are around 50% tread. New battery. Good power steering and power brakes! Nice to drive! Bench seat is nice and comfortable, doesn"t sink down like most old worn seats. Typical IH gas gauge doesn"t work, but all others do work. Park brake light stays on? Park brake is a little tricky to get it to lock down. Body is good with a little rust in normal places (see pics). If it sits for more then a few days you have to crank the engine a few more seconds to get gas back in the carb, then runs fine. Doesn"t have door locks or side mirrors, that"s how it was when I bought it. Passenger side arm rest needs fastened back on the inside of the door. Has an optional extra gas tank on the drivers side with switch on dash. It will probably need cleaned out because I only use the passenger side tank. The tool box comes with it, there"s a new set of Mile Marker hub 4x4 lockouts inside, new radiator hose, new locks for tool box. It has a newer digital face radio that doesn"t get any stations but has a cord for plugging into Ipod or phone. There"s suppose to be an amp and speakers behind the seat but I never looked to see exactly what they were.? This was my first IH pickup so it is hard to sell, but you know how it goes. . not enough time to enjoy it. Overall a good solid truck, nothing fancy but it"s very dependable.
