Vehicle description
1973 VW Thing 59,000 original miles on original engine. Car has been garage kept for the last 25 years and could be a show car with a little work or do nothing and it is an eye turning every day driver. Issues: small rust in right rear wheel well car was undercoated at sometime prior to me owning but look to have protected it very well as the pans are original and are in excellent shape. Rust on bottom of windshield. Front seats need reupholstering. Top has minor hole on passenger side and small hairline crease on driver side but in good condition other than that. Side curtail in good shape only driver curtain will need minor repair. Car has new tires. Car was repainted at sometime but I could not find any body repair by use of magnet. Car is being sold locally so If I sell it locally I will take down the auction early if reserve is not met. Cash on pick-up or all funds cleared before shipping. Buyer responsible for all shipping logistics. Will not ship outside continental US.
