Vehicle description
1973 Volvo 1800ES lived mostly in Tucson and NM. Clean AZ title showing correct mileage.
Car ran well when parked a couple of years ago before mice ate the fuel injection wiring harness. New replacment harness is included. Reason for sale is I rarely drive it and need garage space. Too many projects.
This was a long term AZ car until I bought it a couple of years ago. It does have the Frigiking dealer installed A/C; don"t know if it is working or not.
Paint is peeling and interior suffers from desert heat. Appears to have been repainted at one time and has some solid bodywork done in right front fender
This car could easily be a rat rod driver or have a quick MAACO paint job and some seat covers to be nice driver. It is also a perfect place to start a restoration as the amount you save in rust repair when compared to midwest or east coast cars is easily less than the price.
Also slowly liquidating tons of Volvo 1800s of all vintage, many parts for Volvo 1800s and Amazon 122s. May be enticed to sell Jensen Interceptor solid California project which runs and drives but needs full restorations.
Have 1800s of all vintage which can be restored to your specifications. Assume a full restoration or restomod will entail at least 1,000 hours labor plus parts. I do have solid SW cars or bodies to use as a starting point for a build.
