Vin 678-276-7045. Engine number GA001627. 42,488 Miles 5-Speed Manual Transmission. Alaska Blue Metallic Exterior (L96B). Black Interior. Clean Title. Owner’s Manual, Original Window Sticker, Original Purchase Paperwork, Service Records, 2 Keys, Tools, Spare, and a Jack. This is an all around great looking and performing 2-litre 914! The blue metallic paint is very shiny and the interior is close to perfect shape. The front and rear compartments are very clean, and rust free. The engine bay is in a similar shape, including the “hell hole” which is free of rust. The car was sold new by Porsche Audi of Deerfield, IL, and it remained with the first owner until the 90’s. According to the available paperwork, he moved to Louisville, KY, in the early 80’s where the car was entered into the Cumberland Concours D’Elegance and did well. The available paper trail ends in 1990 and picks up again in 2013, with a different owner from Tampa, FL. In 2017, the car was purchased by a gent from Romeo, MI, who commissioned Munk’s Motors to do the following mechanic work: Upgrade from fuel injection to dual Weber carbs. 5 lug conversion. New 16” Fuchs wheels. A complete rear brake overhaul (Front brakes were done in 2013). The car starts right up and the power is all there as it should. The clutch engages properly and the shifting is spot on. This mid engine Porsche classic is a great package for a 914 enthusiast! It combines both the looks and performance and is an instant head turner. Collector car financing available at competitive rates. Vehicle Disclaimer: We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information on all of our vehicles in our inventory.
