1973 is the only 450 SL allowed in the US with the small chrome bumpers; "74 and on have the large black rubber bumpers (the ugly ones). I purchased the car in 2015 and have done or added the following:

I put less than 200 miles/year on the car due to me being old and it"s very difficult for me to get in/out of the car. Car is in a storage unit in Spicewood, Texas. I"m available most anytime.
