The Charger was produced from 1966 through 1987 and again in 2006. Since its inception, performance and style made it an instant success. It"s introductory year approx. 37,340 examples were produce. In 1973 over 119,300 Chargers were produced. The SE was the most popular of the body styles.
This is one of the original survivors. Here is what it has:
New Vinyl Top New Headliner New Tires New Carpet Original and Decoded Body Tag Original and Decoded Vin Tag Original Rear Axle Original Body Panels Original Intake Original Heads Original Distributor Original Exhaust Manifolds P/S, P/B & P/W A/C (not currently working)
This car is all original with the exception of having 4bbl carburetor instead of the 2bbl. I have the original 2bbl. It runs extremely strong and fast. The interior has been refreshed with new carpet and new headliner. There are new tires and a new black top which replaced the original white top. The carpet is also new and was also changed to black from the original gold color. The radio works great. This car has all the options, ps, pb, ac, pw. This is a start right up and go car. This car has been stored for the last 10 years that we"ve owned her and now she has life again and runs strong! It"s a 400 CI V-8 engine with 110,600 actual miles Solid driving car.
