About this vehicle This 1973 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle needs work and is not regularly driven. Vehicle Details This is a barn find car that has been sitting for over 20 years. Pumped the bad fuel out of the tank and added clean fuel. I had to fix a lot of the vacuum lines that had rotted and or been eaten. I put on a new starter and got the car to run. I haven’t washed the car or engine. I did extensive vacuuming to get rid of all the mouse and rat leftovers. The car has all the 4Speed parts. Down to having to be in reverse to remove the keys. Removed the alternator to see that the Vin was in the stamp pad and it is. The engine sounds great and sounds good for not having changed the points or cap or wires. I did put new plugs in it before starting with a shot of oil to give it some compression. 4Speed shifts fine , clutch is weak, but no noises in the trannynor grinding of gears. There is no brakes but will drive on a trailer, tires hold air and it does roll easily. Many pluses and minuses for this barn find. This car is forsale locally.
