Vehicle description
We have a 1972 Jaguar XKE that was a race car, My plan was to put it back on the street as a restomod. Unfortunately I have to move and will not have room or time to finish all my projects, so I am letting this one go. I have decided to relist this car as I had before listed it as a 1970, as it turns out it is a 1972. Not sure that it is a big deal because the car was rebuilt to be a road racer. The chassis is reinforced and it is now set up for the small block chevy I have 90% + of the parts needed to finish the car. The car has a new 383 strocker motor, it was started on a test stand and ran for a few minutes before it was shut off and put in the car. The trans is a 6 speed manual that was out of a corvette and was also rebuilt before going in the car. the bonnet / hood of the car is fiberglass. It also has over sized calipers on the front. The rear was rebuilt with all new calipers rotors and such. I have the following that will go with the car to get it to the finish line: 4 core aluminum radiator full wire harness full set of Digital Dakota gages A new windshield with gasket Carpet and trim fabric and much more all will go with the car please let me know if you want more info I also have the NJ title for the car, free and clear The car does roll and steer
