* My wife has realized that I am not going to get to this project.* I am not convinced, but I want to stay married and divorce is expensive. . Second best thing to a barn find- a storage find! So here it is!
The car is complete. It is a matching numbers, (I checked, you can too) auto, rare B5 blue with white interior 1972 Plymouth ‘Cuda. Real deal BS23H . Original owners manual, fender tag and build sheet. I decoded the tag and this is a super trakpak car with A/C. This car has been in storage since early 2000’s and is exactly how I bought it, except it was missing one seat so I bought one at Mopar nationals. I drove it on and off trailer. Needs brakes and the water pump had a leak so I winterized the 340 engine. Tires are flat but will hold air about as long as you can hold your breath! A battery and good gas it would probably start, but no guarantees. The frame rails are great. Rockers, doors, trunk lid and hood all seem solid. Underneath is clean. It is a southern car out of Georgia. That’s all I know, except for what is below. So please read the FULL description.
Overall car is solid, but I’m sure the quarters have some bondo. Exactly how much or where, I don’t know. (I have AMD quarters- see below) Luckily no typical rust around rear window. Floor pans all good except for small patch on drivers side. Trunk pan has a piece that was riveted in back in the day. Don’t know why? Gas tank is good. I have a lot of parts that go with it listed below.
Check pictures for condition. Being in storage the car was covered up with all my other crap, so I did best I could do as far as pictures. Sold as is where is with no guarantees expressed or implied. Clear title. I have described to the best of my ability, but opinions are subjective. Keep that in mind. Please serious bidders only. All trim (some has been polished) NOS grille in the box mint NOS Chrysler front lower valance Glass is all good
NOS bumpers (repops are better- these are a little wavy) 5 New Rallye wheels
Four NOS Chrysler rallye center caps Rebuilt as new EXTRA carb Correct jack Restored console with new T handle shifter Extra set of Rallye gauges with tach AMD full quarters both sides (maybe a trunk pan- not sure but will look) New door handles New window cranks Weather strip kit and window whisker set Probably a few other things I’m forgetting. .
WHAT IT NEEDS that I know of off the top of my head. Exhaust Dash pad has cracks Trunk pan ( I might have not sure so don’t plan on it) Door panels Brakes (it has brakes they just don’t work worth a flip) Water pump Probably mud in the quarters but seems solid everywhere else.
