Vehicle Details My personal, occasional driver for ~30yrs. Not a show car by any means. Mechanicals were always the priority. Engine rebuilt by me ~20 years ago (~26K miles ago) (to bare block). New chains, guides, bearings, rings, valve job, etc. A/C compressor at same time (still blows cold w/R12). Rebuilt trans. by Precision European (L.A.) around 2006. Heater/Defroster motor (in heater box) replaced by me w/ factory part ~20 years ago (a Behr of a job! ). Shoulder belts. Bilstein 4 stripes. Calif Blue license plates. All windows and power door locks work (at time of writing). Some original paint (hood, roof top, tops of fenders,doors)(touched up). Some minor rust repairs (but floors are solid and untouched).Have four (total) original steel wheels and painted hub caps; original drivers seat and rear seat bottom (in need of re-upholstery). New exhaust (~2yrs) from trans back w/ Time Valve stainless rear muffler. Steering pump and gear box replaced (along the way). Fuel pump and filter (NOS `2018), + F.I. trigger points. Some zits: OK, I did fill in the rear air ducting above the trunk about 30 yrs ago with foam insulation (to combat exhaust intrusion); there's some rust spots showing (behind RR wheel, and under LF wheel well (check pics. closely)). 3 heavy touch-up spots on hood.
