Vehicle description
Offering for sale: 1972 Jeep J4000 in "Used" condition. Amc 360 V8, Holley carb with manual choke starts right up, idles, and runs well. 4 speed manual trans (1st gear is granny low gear). Dana 20 transfer case with twin stick conversion. 33x12.5r15 BFG KO"s. Recent new wheels, brake lines, exhaust, and battery connectors. Very complete survivor truck with a near mint razor grill.
Truck has body rust. Worst rust areas are bed floor (see pics) and rear fender flares (comes with good pair of flares). Please use zoom feature to see body condition in pics. Frame is solid.
Double Cardan joint on front drive shaft is bad. Front driveshaft will need to be rebuilt or replaced. Front leaf springs sag. Will need to replace front leaf springs or run smaller tires to prevent rubbing.
