Up for sale is a very nice survivor 1972 Ford F-250 Custom Camper Special pickup truck. It is in sound mechanical condition, having had the 360 2v engine tuned, and the carburetor rebuilt. The truck drives well, tracks straight down the road, and steers easily with power steering. It also brakes well and straight with the power brake system. This is reasonably straight truck having no overt presentation of rust. It just received a very nice professional paint polish, and while no spring chicken, she shines nicely, as you can see. The bed is also completely sound. The rockers, frame, cab mounts, corners, etc. are exceptional. There is no obvious presentation of rust anywhere. The notorious bump-side channel is also sound. Tailgate was a transplant and painted to match more or less. Just a nice-looking truck that’s hard to beat for the money. . The interior features a nice original gauge cluster in great condition, new black headliner and matching sun visors, new seat upholstery including foam, new seat upholstery, factory door panels, original nice floor mat, etc. An extremely nice-looking interior; as you can see. The dash wears original paint, and is un-cut, with the original AM radio in place. The wheels are the original factory Ford steel wheels with original hub caps; a timeless classic look. Original Camper Special emblems, mirrors. more. A head-turning classic. While not a flawless truck, this is very original classic Ford that you can climb in and enjoy exactly as-is, and drive with pride. While every effort has been made to describe the vehicle as accurately as possible, it is in fact a 46-year-old classic, and therefore being sold as-is, without warranty or guarantee expressed, written, or implied. Please expect minor issues associated with an old truck. . she’s sound, but not flawless. Please be ready to make payment in full within 3 days of auction’s end via deposit into my Bank of America account, or bank wire transfer. Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer; I own a classic car restoration shop (Rose Lane Restorations) and can recommend a reliable and affordable broker who I have used many times. . ultimately the choice must be yours alone. Clear title in hand. Feel free to call me directly at 360-936-9257 with any questions you may have.
