Vehicle description
332628467614 This beautiful Pantera was a Northern California car that was owned (and loved) by the previous "care taker" for 34 years! Never washed with a hose - always garage kept - the original windshield wipers are virtually new. Some of the tasteful, subtle & effective modifications include outside fuel filler door (later model style), power hideaway radio antenna, S/S coolant plumbing (pipes, tanks, hose clamps), radiator w/ large fans, 50 amp relays & coolant sensors. A/C improvements include a Sanden 508 compressor, new hoses, expansion val ve, receiver dryer (& fittings) with R134. Rebuilt brake calipers, new master cylinder, brake pads & S/S brake hoses. Complete front suspension is powder coated with all new A arm bushings (front & rear), bronze bushings in rack & pinion, bearings cleaned & checked, new tie rod ends, boots, etc. - followed by alignment plus new Koni shocks & springs all around. Tasteful & beautiful chrome and polish accents in the rear. Jongbloed 214-Aero wheels with Goodyear Eagle VR P225/50 VR16 & 255/50 VR16 tires (full set of stock Campagnolo wheels also included). Original engine overhauled 500 miles ago - mild cam, Edelbrock intake and carb (original intake & carb are included), ARP fasteners, new timing gears, clutch disc, etc. etc. A PDF disc and notebook of parts & work performed from 1981 to date goes with it! Two exhaust systems (Big Bore and chrome tipped "stock"), Alpine cassette stereo, auxiliary Stewart Warner oil pressure and temp gauges, European fog lamp, engine bay cover, owner"s manual, tool roll, etc. etc. Ten coats of Guards Red applied years ago - paint is not perfect, but is in very good condition and shows great from 5ft. away! The interior is original and solid (carpet has been replaced). Again, not a show car, but simply one superior example of a very desirable year / model. Surgery (and the subsequent lack of driving / sharing this beautiful Pantera) necessitates sale.
