This vehicle is located in South East Iowa - Salem, Iowa ZIP code 52649 - Buyer is welcome to come and inspect the vehicle before the end of the auction. The car has a clear Iowa title dated 1984 when the car was last on the road. 1972 Datsun 510 Station Wagon Factory Red car with White Interior - L16 4sp - Original 99K miles - The car has been in storage in a warehouse since 1984 (See last picture of vehicle in the warehouse) - The car is all original including the radio, motor, transmission, wheels etc. . Vehicle is pretty solid - it has some rust in the rocker on the passengers side but it is very restorable. The floor pans are good. The car has a few dents in the doors from items leaning against the car while in storage which should come out. - The carpet has been replaced - It is mostly original paint - it has vintage stickers in the rear windows from the original owner who was into Honda motorcycles. I put a battery in the car and it turns over freely with the key and it will run on starting fluid. The car will need to have all of the mechanical systems gone through before the car is "road worthy" again. This is a very original car that has never been modified (very hard to find one of these that has not been modified). The car comes with about 3 or 4 boxes of additional parts. I have about 10 more pictures of this car and the extra parts that I can email anyone that is interested. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
