Vehicle description

This is a 1972 chevy nova being sold at NO RESERVE! The car has new seats in front, new covers in rear, new door panels, new carpet, new headliner, new kick plates, new door seals and trunk seal, new door locks and trunk lock.
Chevy small block , 4 barrel carburetor, H.E.I. distributor, with new harmonic balancer, timing chain, freeze plugs, lighter flywheel than stock, pressure plate, pilot bearing, new oil pan gasket, and valve cover gaskets, new plugs and wires as well. The engine was pulled out of a daily driven vehicle for an LS swap, all the work was done as preventative maintenance since it was out of the car already. I believe it has a small cam in it since it has good power, but not verified. It has full dual exhaust with new glass pack mufflers, new high torque Minnie starter. Engine sounds good!
The transmission is a tremec T5, it has a new master and slave cylinder, as well as new hoses. So that"s 5 speed with overdrive. It shifts through the gears nicely! Unknown gears in gm 10 bolt rear end. Car was originally a standard shift car, so it complements the updated transmission as well! Car has good, functioning brakes, new chrome power brake booster. Car also has air shocks in the rear, which can raise/lower the rear of the car. Good year tires with plenty of tread on old school mag wheels. It looks like all the ball joints and sway bar bushings are relatively new. Car has a new gas tank and fuel lines. Trunk floor is solid, all the floor pans are solid, there are a couple small patches at the toe board area, nothing serious! The tags expired in the 1990"s, so assume it had been sitting all those years. It is now a functioning car again although it has not been driven very far, or very fast. since the engine is out of a daily driver, I foresee no big problems but it is still nearly 50 years old, so there is no warranty. the car will probably need some finishing/adjusting. Some new triple gauges under the dash would be good, there is currently only plain water in the radiator. It is not a show car, imperfections in the paint and body, surface scratches, minor chips/dings etc. It is NOT a new camaro! Having said that, I believe this will be a good, solid, fun car to own and tinker with. You are welcome to ask questions, or set up a time to come see the car, I will do my best to accommodate you. Deposit of $500 is due at the end of the auction and is not refundable, only bid what you will pay for the car, do NOT bid if you are not serious! You are bidding to OWN the car, not the right of first refusal. Thanks for looking!
