Vehicle description
Red 1972 Chevrolet Corvette w/ T-Tops. This all original car starts right up (brand new battery), runs and drives well. It"s a 5.7L 350ci, w/ an Automatic Transmission. It has some pretty cool features including removable T-Tops and a removable rear window, which makes you feel like you"re in a convertible. It also has power windows and A/C (though the A/C does not currently work). Also worth noting, this was the last year they made the chrome bumpers!
I"ve owned this car for nearly 15 years and bought it with just over 80,000 miles. I now have a family w/ 3 small kids, and no longer have time to drive it. It"s been sitting in the garage for the past few years and I figured it"s about time to let someone else enjoy her!
Here are the main issues with the vehicle: - It leaks transmission fluid while sitting for a long period of time (over winter), but doesn"t leak when driving regularly - Upon starting, there"s gray smoke for a few minutes until it"s warmed up. - There"s a few scuffs and marks in the paint, I tried to get most of them in the pictures. - It"s also missing a piece of trim at the base of the windshield on the passenger side (see pic) - Tachometer just stopped working last year - A/C does not work
