Vehicle description
Frame off restoration 1991. Overall very solid. Some rust at rear bottoms of doors, front rear fenders sheet metal loose, and rear front fenders sheet metal loose. Frame and bed solid as are door frames and rockers. All previous rust removed. Engine was a crate motor(20K miles), runs rough suspect a carburetor issue? Brakes don"t work well, have to pump them a few times to build up pressure. Selling for an estate.

If interested I can send more pictures. Will not transport. Prefer local sale.
Thanks Bill
Found the swinge away dual gerry gas can rack and rough rear seat.
Rebuilt transfer case and 4 speed manual transmission, new clutch, water pump, 38 gallon gas tank, alternator all less than 20k miles ago when crate motor was put in. (Motor numbers won"t match). .
For some reason the exposed paint(also painted after being primed in 1991)oxidized and became rough. Would need to be sanded before repainting.
Hi all, I had a guy point out that the restoration done by my brother was not a true restoration (all new nuts and bolts etc. . . ) He"s correct. This truck was completely taken apart, all rust cut out(there wasn"t much, front rear fenders, back 2" of the bed, and possibly rear front fenders, new rockers)and replaced with sheet metal, some riveted in place. Good solid existing parts were reused. So no, not a show room quality restoration. There needs to be some body work done before painting. But overall a very solid project truck.
I swapped the Holly for an Edelbrock today, runs better though still rich, ran out of time to adjust timing but will get to it tomorrow, hoping it runs better. Will update if it runs better. . Runs better, idles great but runs rough.
