For sale here is a very nice and very solid and rare 1971 Volvo P1800E Coupe. Feel like Roger Moore in the "Saint" (although I think his was a 1962). This one runs and drives well and has good brakes and Michelin Radials. Also has coeerst and nice original Volvo wheels. The 4 cylinder runs well and has fuel injection. Only 81,312 miles. Has a 4-speed trans with working overdrive. Shifts well too. It still sports its attractive Turquoise color on a very solid body and very solid undercarriage. There are some paint chips here and there but the paint shines and is very presentable. Nice solid bumpers, nice stainless, and clear glass accent the Turquiose exterior. Other rare options include rear defogger, Am/FM radio, and factory A/C. The A/C does blow well but is not real cold, just cool. Radio works. Wipers work. All gauges work. Speedo reads a little fast. Horn works. Heater and defroster with 2-speed fan both work well. Headlights and turn signals work. Hazards work. Gauges are clear and dash face is very nice. The padded upper dash does have some cracks. Both front leather seats are comfortable but do have some seams loose. Dome light works. Has the factory locking gas cap. Has the original jack and spare. Volvo mud flaps. Has the matching original color (paint code 104 Turquoise) and interior colors (343-768 black leather with goldish carpet). The hood opens and stays open and shuts nicely. Doors open and shut tightly and the windows roll up and down well. Still has the original leather luggage hold-down straps. The Door panels are in great shape as well. Decent carpet. Overall, this really nifty little P1800E is ready to drive around town now. Runs and drives well and looks great. The car is loaded with rare factory options and gets lots of looks and thumbs up.
