Vehicle Details Volkswagen Bus.1971 Vw Factory High roof.bundespost . This vw was maid from the vw factory for Mail delivery,or commercial use. Very rare in the US. The bus is a Walk through. This bus has a 1955 duel port motor with duel 40. Kadrons built buy Brother Performance in Ontario Ca. 009 dis. A 1 hide away exhaust.the Tin is all powder coated black. Full flow cases with electric oil cooling fan. Front Beam is Narrowed 3 inches with 2 1/2 drop spindles. In the back 2 1/2 adjustable drop plates. The bus has disc breaks up front and also a rear disc break conversion. Empi Gas burners wheels with Newer tires front and back. The Transmission is a FWY flyer 4 speed. Also the shifter is a Vintage speed short throw. New tie rods brake lines and master cylinder. All lights blinkers, all work and the Horn also. The bus also has a Vw Westy camper interior with a closet and a fold out bed also a upper storage compartment I also have the og sliding door and another rear hatch that comes with the bus .outside of the bus there is Rust Surface rust, Rust Holes in the body In the front side, on the drip rail this a Patina king bus! Remember there are Holes on the body and lots of Surface Rust! ! Bus Runs and drives good stops great shifts great Does Not pop out of gear! Get in and drive. Did I mention there is Rust? The front floor does have a few small rust holes. The rear Cargo area will need metal patches I have placed wood down to cover the rust holes.I have Described the bus the best I can I have owned and driven this bus for the last 4 years!
