1971 Oldsmobile 442 Project Car. This is a real 442, (VIN starting with 344) built in Fremont, California, as indicated on the DATA plate attached to the cowl. This is a NON A/C car, 4 speed, drum brakes, open rear end, sport mirrors, SSII wheels - a great restoration project! This car was originally equipped with a black bucket seat interior, no longer with the car, no other useable interior except rear seat core, no engine or transmission. It does have the original big block frame mounts on the frame. This car came from the San Diego, California area so it will require rust repair in the floors and trunk lip area.
