“The mechanical condition was completely checked and fixed where needed in 2001. The body was refurbished and repainted in 2004. There is, to be expected for a 47 year old car, wear in the interior. The leather in the seats is in good condition (no rips or separation at the seams and minimal colour fading). The original mileage on the odometer is 94,989.” |

Vehicle description
I have owned this car since 1973. It has been stored in a garage and not been driven in the winter since 1987. Recently I have only put about 500 miles a year on it, during the summer. The brakes were completely replaced in 2014, and new tires in 2017.
It has the original manuals and tool kit. It has a 1608 cc engine with no pollution control equipment installed. It is a manual shift with five gears plus reverse. It is a joy to drive and really hugs the road with lots of pep and speed. The year of this car seems to be a good one for reliability and quality of the body. There are some parts that have been replaced over the decades, usually OEM made that have become available through various sources.
This car has been my summer joy for many years, but the time has come where it is not as convenient for me. I am not a collector, so looking for an appropriate home for this car which has given me many miles of pleasure. It still starts and drives very well.
Are you the one to give this wonderful car a home?
