Vehicle description
Here is a classic Challenger Convertible for sale. This is a factory 340 cubic inch automatic transmission car with an original rally dash. The car is in very original condition. The engine is non-numbers matching and was rebuilt in 2012 by the local dodge dealer. I have a copy of the bill. The car is very mechanically sound and a solid daily driver.
The interior is in excellent condition and has been completely restored/replaced. The dash is in excellent shape and includes the original stereo. Although not in the car, I do have the original cassette player as well. The power lift top works well. It was equipped with factory air conditioning, although the compressor and condenser are now missing. However, the dash is fitted with all the a/c vents, blower and controls. The car has power windows that have not worked for a couple of years. The car appears to have the original wiring harness which likely needs to be replaced.
The exterior is in excellent shape and is truly a head turner. There are a couple very minor scratches and one small area on driver side rear quarter where a few rust bubbles are visible. There is no fender or door tags. The car has rallye style wheels but I also have the wheels and tires that were on the car when I purchased it. I am including these with the car - see picture.
I have had this car since 2010 and bought it from an individual in Arizona. It has been garage kept and maintained. It is not a high end show quality car, but could be with some effort. I do not need to sell the car other than it is not getting the attention it deserves, so serious inquiries only.
