Vehicle description

This is a full matching number (motor, trans, rear) 1971 Chevelle SS factory 350, 4 speed with build sheet. I bought the car over two years ago from the 2nd owner in upstate N.Y. and except for the 4 speed shifter was all original (sheetmetal, drive train, interior, color). Car has matching number motor, I have original intake and original rebuilt Rochester carb. with very rare 1971 GM service 202 angle plug heads. What makes them even rarer is the plugs also angle down. Car runs nice, drives and stops, original wheels, factory tach, and was ordered special paint code 52 Corvette yellow. I removed some bad sheetmetal, installed much nicer trunk lid, and nice drivers door. I removed the nose, painted the sides of the cowl original yellow along with jamming out the new fenders and reinstalled the nose with new cowl hood. The roof has damage from the barn it was stored in (snow load) falling on top, floors look good except possibly under the rear seat. . I have new roof skin, new 7 piece trunk pan as the trunk is bad and new lower quarters as I was going to patch in the original quarters instead of total replace. I also have the grill, nose pieces and front bumper believe was told the milage is original. . . I have the registration from 1984 (last time on the road) build sheet in glass and some other papers that came with it. If the car gets shipped I will not be able to include the new roof skin, not to many matching number Chevelle SS projects left. I have sold off at least 12 Chevelle"s,(only 4 left, this one 71 and 72 Malibu"s and a U code 72 SS big block 4 speed), Nova"s, Camaro"s, Mustangs and more projects over the last 6 months and letting a couple more go now, just getting tired after 48 years. . If it doesn"t sell I will not relist just leave it covered till spring and get back on it. . Any more questions call me at
