Vehicle description
1971 Miller-Meteor Cadillac Hearse
Completely original (except for the wheels). Only one private owner after being owned by funeral home. Runs, drives, and stops good.
Still has the original curtains, floor mats and working radio. Has a beautiful black crinkle top and an undamaged headliner. A/C worked up to a few years ago but not blowing cold anymore. I still have the original rims and hub caps if you prefer them to the American Racing Outlaw wheels currently on the car.
Car is in good shape for 50 years old. Original paint so it is fading in areas and has some road rash. (please look closely at pictures). There is rust in the front fenders at the bottom behind the tires under the trim, also some rust in the rockers. likely some under the skirts as well, but I have not taken them off in a long time. Interior has some faded spots, but still looks good for its age. There is an electrical problem with the wipers and headlights, I will include a new wiper motor with purchase. as well as a new spare tire.
The Hearse is for sale locally and this listing can end at anytime. However I will not take it down once there are bids placed on it. I have extra parts, caskets, etc. so any additional deals can be made but this listing price is just for the car.
car is located in western suburbs of Chicago.
The car is not perfect, but has not been chopped, tore up or customized and is not in pieces, so it is a better deal than most i have seen for sale.
