Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 1971 Buick Skylark is a restored vehicle. The owner has had it for 4 years. The vehicle runs great and is mainly used for car shows. Seller"s Notes Car is sold as-is please contact for questions prior to bidding. Vehicle Details * * See Video* * Selling my 1971 Buick Skylark, it had a frame off restoration and taken to bare metal. Repainted to look like a GSX. Vinyl top. Runs with no known issues. 350 Buick block with an automatic transmission. Trunk, floor pans, and undercarriage were all sprayed with a truck bed liner to protect against rust. Car is very close to show quality. Clean title in hand. No smog necessary. Up to date on registration. Recently had the cooling system flushed and cleaned as well as a new temp gauge installed. Air suspension can be adjusted using a compressor. Car is close to perfect. 3 point seatbelts installed in rear. Front bench seat seats 6. Fires up every time, has never left me stranded. The body was taken off the frame, power washed and all the body mounts were replaced. The front and rear suspension was also replaced with Moog parts. Disc brakes were added to the front. The bumpers have been re-chromed and the n25 exhaust cutouts were added. The motor is .010 over with Fel-Pro Pistons, Cleveland 77 bearings, and a Comp Cam. The heads are machine with hard seeds and the transmission is a turbo 350 that was rebuilt with a mild shift kit. The exhaust is two and a half inch mandrel bent tailpipes with Spintech mufflers.
