1970 VW bug, great beach buggy, eye catching, fun to drive, beautiful car. NOT many pretty cars out there as this one is!
NEW engine: "71-"74 1600 CC dual port, IRS CV joint 4 speed transmission. 230 miles on engine NEW brakes and master cylinder NEW tires NEW battery NEW horn and assembly This car does have seat belts. Convertible top is 8 years old, in great shape WITH a glass window. A local, REAL VW mechanic has maintained this beauty for the 3 years I have owned it. It drives & runs perfect. NO mechanical troubles at all. Minimal rust, frame is solid as are the floor boards. Car was Mass. state inspected June 9, ALL fluids are full. This car is 50 years old. . but you can"t tell! It has been garaged & "babied" for many years by me & the previous owner. ONLY flaw. . the radio volume is very low.
