Vehicle description
Purchased a few years from a friend locally. I had the body painted by local paint shop. Installed all new suspension and sprayed bottom side with undercoating. Sand blasted and painted a-arms, drums, backing plates, repacked wheel bearings and CV joints, new brake parts, pressed in ball joints, cleaned and painted. Installed era correct 1835 CC long block, 100 cam, new heads thick wall 925. Rebuilt IRS Transmission. Installed dual 34 Webber carburetors. Spent about $6500 in mechanical work. Installed a new interior from JBUGS. New hood, front bumper, rear bumper, all new glass including windshield. Mechanical work was done by Midwest Air Cooled and Machine located in St. Louis, MO.There is one little ding on the driver"s front fender shown in the pics. I have driven the car less than 100 miles since complete rebuild. Need to sell and make room for the next project! Call or text Rod with questions.
